Teotihuacan

The Teotihuacan archaeological site is in the immediate vicinity of Mexico City. Fortunately, it was not very crowded. They also have a museum there, plus you can climb the pyramids (all 3 of them). Plus you can do all the shopping right there: vendors will come to you offering sun glasses, hats, musical instruments, jewlery, food, batteries, clothing and so on :))167 teo168 teo169 teo170 teo171 teo172 teo173 teo174 teo

México, D.F.: Fixing the bike

I am writing this from Acapulco de Juarez, Guerrero. Meaning that I am about 4 days late with the postings. We spent 4 nights in México, DF. One day we found a motorcycle shop where Poncho and his guys worked together with me for 6 hours to fix and tune-up our bike. We fixed almost everything and Poncho also helped with his pick-up to get the parts to the welding shop, which was a bit far actually. At the end he proved to be friendly one more time, asking for only a fraction of the fair price for the labor.165 fix166 fix167 fix168 fix

Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro

This was our last stop before Mexico City. Santiago de Querétaro is another well preserved colonial city, also a UNESCO World Heritage site.161 queretaro162 queretaro163 queretaro164 queretaro
